What are the bust, waist and sleeve measurements? Is the material soft or scratchy?

@imlucky10 bust and waist are measuring about the same approx 13 inch range and sleeve length is approx 28. It is a very soft (not scratchy) and pretty stretchy material. I’m a true medium in other brands and it was more fitted on me vs the slightly flowy style shown in stock photos
