Free people Maxi Blue dress

Worn once, didn’t fit as expected, but loved this dresses cut. Has several slits & a mini dress within the dress. I was a large B cup, but have lost wt. & am closer to an Small B or A cup. Was unable to wear it with the lower cut neck as imaged. Will fit 2-4 size, depending on bust size.
