Cute short dress with double straps and shift like shape. Has a belt that detaches and great ruched/ beaded details at the yoke. I wore this with cute booties or short block heels. The straps are adjustable with buttons and one side's buttons fell off, I have used safety pins there- worked fine for me, but could you some new ones! Priced to sell!
