Free people embroidered balloon sleeve tunic, top/mini dress

Size tag has been removed please use measurements given This can be worn as a very short dress or a tunic top. It does have a couple of flaws. It has a lightened spot in the front and it does have a very tiny tiny hole. But honestly because the way the dress drapes, they are not very noticeable at all when worn. The back is open with a super Cute design and it has big balloon sleeves. It fits oversized. The sleeves are a doorman style. Pit to pit is approximately 23inches top is approximately 30 inches long.
