Beautiful black Free People dress with pink roses and puffy sleeves with cutouts. Dress has a low v-cut neckline, tight waist line and flowy bottom. Dress has buttons in the front making it easy to put on and off. Worn only once. Size XS. For fit: my measurements are 5’3” tall, 120 lbs, 37 inch hips, 25 inch waist, 34 inch bust.
