Free people adjustable neckline mini dress. So many cute details on this dress. you can cinch the neckline tighter or leave it loose. I wore this dress with some sneakers and even used it as a swim coverup. It can be worn several ways! Length measurements are in photos. I am usually a size 10 in dresses and was able to get size small with plenty of room because of how flowy it is! I am 5’4 and this hit a few inches above my knees. It is in awesome condition. Looks brand new; only wore it a few times!
