Size s/p dress or tunic ,this would be a long tic or a shorter mini dress style. The sleeves have the lace inserted and goes all the way up the arm and then the bottom bells out with the black floral lace ruffle. Very flowy shapeless kimono style sleeve. The front and back have the lace as well. This is absolutely beautiful! The fabric is a gauzy type with reddish and green florals all over.
