Free people patterned romper

Flutter sleeve, mini length, open ish back. There is a zipper on the side, and on the back there’s button closures on the top and around the lower back, and an open slot between there. Very comfortable. Fabric is thick enough that this transitions well between outside summer and indoor AC. The sleeves are also open from shoulder to end. (Like if you cut a line from the top of your shoulder down to your bicep.)
