Hi, is this an off the shoulder style or no holes for arms?

@brh2386 no holes for arms it comes up around the bust. It has elastic 1 inch wide across the top.

@alaynalynn8 it does run a little big. I'd say it would fit an extra large. I am a size 14 and 36 bust and it fits me a little big. I hope that helps. 😃
