bobanzee @tiamaria192 I took three months worth of the hair growth one. my hair grew very long, nails got strong, skin felt more hydrated. I stopped taking it because I reached the level of growth that I wanted for my hair. I’m currently taking the kiwi one and the body and brain booster and I’m really liking these supplements.
