FreeWay sheer polka-dot blouse

FreeWay brand sheer polka-dot blouse with attached ruffles and tie. This blouse has been worn maybe 2 times and is in excellent condition. I bought it at a beauty salon in Frisco, TX that carries darling clothing. I wore an equally stylish sleeveless top over it with black pants and heels The entire look was stunning. Fabric is polyester but feels like rayon. Long sleeves with button closure (see photo). It is off-white with black polka-dots.
