hi does this brand run narrow and how is it for high instep? would one have to size up for wider boots?

@tanyaperez444 hi! No, they dont run narrow. All the freebirds I’ve had are comfortable as is but roomy enough for an insole if you want. There’s not any arch support in them but as mentioned there’s plenty of room to put an insert in!
