Freebird Size medium, black and white polkadotted dress

Lightweight size medium, black and white polkadotted dress by freebird .The dress has 3/4 inch sleeves a waste band around the middle that does not have elastic in it and a cute flirty skirt on the bottom. This is not stretchy material. It must be a true medium to fit in this dress.
