mel_mack1517 @maureene08 hi! I would say size up. I think these are probably best for 8.5 and 9. The footbed measures approx 10.25”.

mel_mack1517 @maureene08 the inside measurement. I’m an 8.5 as well and these have a little extra room for me (so they would work with a thicker sock), but they aren’t large. I just re-measured and it’s actually just slightly over 10 inches on the inside footbed.
