aoffe01 @sierra_wills it really depends on. how you like your boots. I am a true 7 and also have ravi in a 7 with a little extra room. if you like extra room I would recommend sizing up. it you like your boots fitted these should work for half sizers. also since leather they will also stretch some with wear.
