Freeway Peter Pan Collar Texture Sequin Dress

This adorable dress is ready for a wedding, to head to the office with a cardigan or for a hot date. It is a grayish tan and has a grid texture with raised "dots" all over. It has a satin type around the waist, hidden back zipper and open upper back where the collar is attached and ties a crinoline style slip. There are some rust color stains on the inside, see pics.
