French Blue Silk & Chiffon Ruffle Sleeve dress 👗

Bought in France. Ive worn this to business meetings and parties and I've gotten so many compliments! It's also very cute with a belt around the waist as well! Blue silk and chiffon. Very lightweight. Not see though. Has a lining. Slight pilling on small section (see photo) No tags (I probably cut them off) Size Small to Medium (4 - 6)
