coll_ective @texasbookthief7 actually why don’t you go through what I have, anything $25 and Under I can come down to $20 on for you to fit within your budget, if it’s $30 I can do $25 (a little over your budget, but figured I’d throw it out there. I just looked there are a lot of cute dresses in that range, and if you like them I can tell you my personal favorites.

coll_ective @texasbookthief7 there is a Tristan dress (blue top, floral skirt) that is really cute and convertible, I can come down by 10% but with that one you are getting 2 for 1, it can be worn as a dress or a skirt btw.

coll_ective @texasbookthief7 there is an Urban Outfitters silence and noice dress and a lux dress both $25 I can do those for $20. The UO I wore to a wedding, it’s very comfortable, but needs a slip, can easily dress up. The lux is really cute, just needs to be dry cleaned.
