French Connection Mini Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mkdoan. Loved it, but need a little more space in the waist, so never been worn and I just stare at it wishfully right now. Light blue mini in comfortable stretch cotton. Measures 28” armpit to armpit, 24” waist, 33.5 top of shoulder to bottom hem. Mannequin is size 2, fits true to size 0. Like new condition.
