NWOT! This wrap dress is so flattering and great dressed up or down. The under skirt is full attached, so this isn’t one of those wrap skirts that will fly open. The fabric is jersey so it has stretch. One thing to note is that the top fabric is more sheer than the bottom half, but it’s okay with a nude bra. Width is 13” across bust and length is 51” from top of strap to hem.
