Fit and flare dress by French Connection. Cobalt blue knit with black trim detailing throughout, v neck, back zip closure. Viscose/rayon blend fabric with a slight amount of elastane, which gives a small stretch to the fabric and helps the dress swing easily. Size 4. Measurements are available in photos. Great used condition. Some signs of wear to the fabric consistent with light use. No damage.
