French Connection shirt dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @bessenglish. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Pit to pit it’s around 20”. It’s very flowy and the elastic neck gives it some extra “give”! Top to bottom it’s 35”-- I wear this as a top, not a mini dress, though. I ascribe to modest fashion so that's why I wore it as a top over jeans.
