Medium Length Square ABS plastic I have found that using the adhesive tabs in conjunction with nail glue makes them last longer. As a bonus, I will include a small tube of glue. Puncture the tip of the tube to open it. DIRECTIONS: Start with the pinkie & work your way up to the thumb. 1. Size up the nails on your fingers to find the ones that fit each fingernail. 2. Prepare your falsies: If you can't get a good fit, use your buffer & file them to shape. Select & apply the proper sized adhesize tab to the back & ensure the excess pull end points to the bottom of the nail. 3. Prepare your fingernails:washing and dry nails using a clean towel. Remove residual polish. Use a pusher & push back your cuticles. Use a cuticle nipper & clip any overhangs.  4. File your natural nail & buff the surface to create a coarse surface to adhere to. 5. Apply: Remove plastic from adhesive tab & apply a small amount of glue to natural nail tip. Press on false nail in a sliding motion from tip to base of natural nail & press down for 30 seconds to a minute.
