Not material tag but feels like a polyester rayon no stretch material. No size tag but 21” is a large - check my measurements. Needs tank under it has cut out pattern. Button down. Slits on sides. Turquoise going more toward green/blue. Pictures may be off - lighter. Approximate Measurements Laying flat: pit to pit 21” - shoulder to hem 26” - sleeves 20”.
