French Navy Blue Skirt

Beautiful navy blue skirt I bought in Paris a few years ago. Only worn 2-3 times and doesn’t fit anymore. Feels like silk but it isn’t. :-). It is flowy and lovely. Note the color is the first photo is more accurate The size says 2 on the skirt but it fits more like a 4. See measurements in photos
