French Picnic Mini Dress

This is a dress by Wishlist Apparel in size small. It’s never been worn, as it is too large for me (sleeves are clipped back for photos). It has a nice square neckline with a faux-button up on the front, and ruching in the back. It is fully lined and is a 100% polyester fabric.
