French Themed Bubble Romper

This adorable romper features Eiffel Towers on the bow and macarons around the neck. The adorable polka dots make it appear springy with a fun nod to Paris! There is some minor blue color bleed between the legs, but it’s quite subtle and not very noticeable. There’s also a tiny black dot on the neckline, but it might just be a piece of thread?
