These shoes were worn for a few hours for a wedding. They have no scratches or marks. They have a Velcro strap. They are black leather. There is no wear on the sole. Very cute and perfect for any dressy occasion. Comes from a smoke free home. They are for a toddler (my kids are 1 and a half). Originally purchased from Macy’s.
