French atmosphere women's dress with built in shorts size 3xl! This floral dress is gorgeous, it is so chic and flattering. It is true to size with some slight stretch and built-in black shorts. it's only been worn a few times, I wore it to a vacation in Hawaii and it was perfect. It's in great condition besides one spot where the strap stitches are coming undone, it can be easily fixed however and is still functional.
