French cotton eyelet tiered mini dress or tunic

Adorable, fully lined mini dress purchased in France. Made of 100% cotton, the dress is in perfect nearly new condition. Features loose tiered styling and tie at neck. Approximately 34” long from front neck to hem, 20” pit to pit and 18” ( three quarter length) sleeves. French size 42 is about a US size 8/small. In excellent condition from a smoke-free home.
