French inspired ruffle mini skirt

This skirt is navy blue with charming white, purple and pink flowers and 5 rows of ruffles. It is also lined and has a comfy elastic waist. I bought it for pictures but realized I bought the wrong size. Only worn once. Length is approximately 18 inches and can be worn on the hip or higher depending on your preference.
