French mini skirt

My waist is 27-29inches and this fits how I like. No brand tag, but it is made in France and has a lovely velvety texture to it. Has panels sown together and has fabric underneath so the skirt lays perfectly flat. Sorry I didn’t iron this before pics. I don’t want to damage it
