French style ballerina romantic polka dot midi skirt

This is one of the most charming skirts I’ve ever seen! Delicate salmon pink polka dots on black, pleated - and it has pockets! It’s quite a new look silhouette, but looks very modern. Like new condition, but the fabric tag is missing. Fits size 0-2. Wish I could squeeze in!
