Frenchi High Waisted Skirt from Nordstrom

This skirt has a watercolor pattern and goes to mid-thigh. It's elastic waist and is meant to be worn at your waist, not your hips. Super cute! Unfortunately it doesn't fit me anymore! :( there are a couple of tiny stains that you can see in the pictures but they are not noticeable because of the pattern. Will fit small or medium.
