French-look Adorable Summer Dress unworn

Bought this for my granddaughter but it was too small - didn’t find out until it was too late to return. Super cute dress European sz 110 (size 5). It has a French look: with the bicycles, dogs, flowers, hearts, girls holding letters. 100% cotton. Light pink. Black & white striped belt at the waist that ties in the back. Zips up the back. Wrinkled from sitting folded in a bag.
