Frenzii turquoise dress

This dress is so cute, comfortable, and versatile! Can be worn over a swim suit as a cover up with flip flops or dressed up with heels and cute jewelry for a night out! Double v-neck and twist straps give this a unique look! Worn only a couple of times and purchased from a boutique. Size says medium but I’d say it could fit a small or medium.
