Fresh Water Pearls Brooch with Brownish Iridescent Shells or Stone Wire Wrapped

This listing is for an unique brooch. At first I thought it was shell, but the more I look at it and feel it, it appears to be stone. It is very cold to the touch. There are 8 petals and 3 fresh water pearls wired to the brooch. It is very well made and free of any damage or tarnish. It is a rare combination of smoke, copper, slight oil slick, gray and brown. The color does change depending on the lighting. It measures approximately 1 3/4" in diameter. It is 3 dimensional and stands outwardly, approximately 1". The pin on the back is in perfect, working order. This pin does have some weight to it. I have lots of matching pearl jewelry in my closet that would match this perfectly, take a peek.
