I'm 5'7" and 135, waffling between S and M. Does this hang loose around the hips or is it more form fitting? I saw you sized up? Is that typical for NBD dresses?

@chelseadstevens it isn't form fitting, I am also usually between a S and M and this doesn't hug the hips but it also isn't a complete box fit if that makes sense :)
