Frill Cardigan

This cardigan has an Indian/Wild West kinda look without being a stiff leather. Soft, stretchy, suede type material. Leave it open for a dramatic look or dress it up with a belt. Even though the material is stretchy, i find the arms to be on the slimmer side. So if you're someone who carries some weight your arms like me, this could be an issue.
