Frilled Collar 70’s Top

Frilly collared, stripped, vibrant, and confident. Bought this originally as a costume for a Hunger Games theme party, then wore again at a company holiday party that was Victorian themed. Good at making a statement & comfortable while doing so. It’s great for dancing in since the silky textile flows so freely!
