Frilly Dress

Doe & Rae size Small. A darker turquoise type color, this frilly dress is such a cute one! The photo of the top half might look like the left shoulder is discolored- that is just the lighting, I apologize for that. There are couple of tiny snags in the fabric, see the photos. It measures 34.5in from shoulder to hem; 16.5in armpit to armpit laying flat. Non smoking home No indoor pets
