....I never buy shorts I only know my pant size

@bnverna1488 laying flat the waist measures 15 inches and the hips where the fringe start measure 19 inches inseam is 2 inches to the fringe and the rise is 10 inches. So I imagine it’s gonna be a 30 waist. Depending on the brand I wear size 12 to 14/32. I can get these on and they are very snug, there is quite a bit of stretch to them.
