noboisboutique @ktbaby89 @ktbaby89 sorry for the delay! The small measurements in my flat armpit to armpit is 23-24. I say that because it’s a oversized flowy blouse and measuring as it lays and not pulling it to maximum is what I was trying to measure to give it the most accurate measurement possible. It is 28” long from shoulder to hem.
