Fringe black romper

Fringe black romper that comes across upper neck and leaves part of the chest open. The cloth tag at the neck has come off on one side, but you cannot notice when worn and it can be cut off. There is one string that is coming off the neck part (picture included), that is unnoticeable when tucked in.
