Fringe dress

This is one funky fabulous dress!! It's a deep blood red, very soft and stretchy with silk fringe at bottom and sleeves. It's a straight, almost kaftan cut, I always worry it with a waist belt. The tag is gone ( I took it out and can't remember the brand), and there are some imperfections in the bottom fringe, the price reflects this. Would fit many sizes!
