Fringed bootie

Time to say goodbye to a favorite...bought a new pair with lower heels! Heel is 3" (my back says 5"!) I am a true 7.5 and these are an 8.5. I wore them with a gel insert(back thing)and they fit perfectly. These are a year round bootie. Cute with shorts, dresses, leggings and jeans! Bought at Target, which I normally don't for shoes, and loved them!
