This Fritz two-piece dress features black and white hibiscus. The shorth-sleeve top has five black buttons. The fabric on the top arches from the just below the bottom button to the bottom hem. The top is 21 inches from mid shoulder to the bottom hem. Small shoulder pads. The matching skirt is 29 ½-inches long with an elastic waistband that comfortably stretches from 22 to 28 inches. Petite medium. Polyester and rayon. Machine wash on delicate.
