Frock by Tracy Reese Blue Leopard Silk Sundress

This is a cute summer dress by Tracy Reese. It has a scoop neck with a tie, cap flutter sleeves, stretch waist, small front pockets and above the knee skirt. It is 100% silk, size Small. It does have a small stain on one picket (see photos) I have not attempted to see if it will come out.
