This brand new beauty is a garden of English roses! It has Victorian, retro, and British vibes with its romantic print, elegant sweeping skirt and pretty neckline. Lovely in summer or winter, just add a pink or black leotard underneath, or cardigan to make it an all-season favorite. It’s a bit too big for me on top (I’m a 2-4, 34B), and it fits like 4-6. It is approximately 42 inches long, has a back zipper, and great pockets. Machine wash.
