Front tie preppy pinstripe boutique dress

Photos do not do this outfit justice. 😩💕 This adorable boutique dress is impossible to find anywhere else - I’ve tried. Only worn once. The top part, (they are connected), is a nice quality thick white cotton with a collar and it ties in the front. The attached pinstripe skirt (attached in the back) is light blue and white.
